We deliver our products across South Africa.


Our deboning department efficiently processes carcasses while adhering to all necessary health codes and industry regulations governing the meat processing industry.

The deboning department breaks the front and hind quarters into various primal cuts such as Rump, Sirloin, Fillet and Crops.

All individual cuts are vacuumed sealed and packaged into either 10kg or 20kg boxes per cut.

Which is then distributed between fresh and frozen departments.
